Otto Diderich Ottesen 1816 - 1892 The nineteenth century Danish artist Otto Diderich Ottesen was a painter of still life predominantly floral arrangements. Ottesen studied under J.G. Berg at the Academy in Copenhagen between 1834 and 1843. He became a member of the Academy in 1866 and professor in 1874. The works of Ottesen are very popular and are collected world wide.
