Charles Henry Joseph Leickert
1816 - 1907Charles Henri Joseph Leickert was born in Brussels in 1816. He was a talented artist and became known for his paintings of town scenes and landscapes. He studied under and was highly influenced by the great townscape artists of his day, Wijhandus Johannes Josephus Nuyen, Andreas Schelfhout and Johannes van Hove.
