Burlington Paintings was founded in 1981 by Angus Lloyd and Michael Day. Together they have fifty years experience in the Art World. The Gallery is now run by Michael and Angela Hardy, who has twenty years experience and was appointed as a Director in January 2000. The Gallery prides itself on its reputation as one of the most friendly and approachable galleries in London. With the Directors' considerable expertise, the paintings are carefully selected offering only the best of their kind, essential if an acquisition is to prove a good investment.

Angela joined the Gallery in 2000. On graduating in History of Art, she has spent the last 20 years specialising in 19th century paintings.
